As a Sales Associate at Rocky Top Vapor, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and informative shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs.
• Educating customers about our premium e-liquids and vapor products.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Staying up-to-date on product knowledge to provide expert recommendations.
• Supporting the team in achieving sales goals and delivering excellent customer service.

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Basic knowledge of vaping/electronic cigarettes to assist and educate customers effectively.
• A friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills.
• Must be 21+ years of age to comply with industry regulations.
• A passion for helping others and a genuine interest in the vaping industry.
