Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in Bristol, TN aims to safeguard clients across Manufacturing & Industrial and related industries. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security incidents, communicate clearly with site teams and visitors, document activities, and respond to alarms and unusual conditions with professionalism.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance issues.
• Monitor access points and key areas, verify credentials, direct traffic flow, and assist with delivery and contractor check-in per site requirements.
• Complete routine logs and incident reports, operate site communication tools as assigned, and support evacuation and accountability procedures when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of security experience.
• Graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
• DD214 with honorable discharge OR an associate degree or 60 college credits OR a police academy certificate OR a corrections academy certificate.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as a condition of employment in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
