• Lead and supervise field crews on custom residential construction and remodeling projects
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Perform layout for foundations and framing
• Execute high-quality carpentry across all project phases, including:
  • Framing carpentry
  • Flooring installation
  • Exterior trim, siding, decks, and rails
  • Interior trim, cabinetry, and staircase installation
• Maintain job site cleanliness, safety, and organization
• Coordinate materials, tools, and scheduling with project team
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality expectations
• Represent the company professionally with clients and subcontractors

• 5+ years of residential carpentry experience, including supervisory or lead roles preferred
• Strong ability to lead a team and communicate effectively on-site
• Proficient in blueprint reading and layout
• Skilled in foundation, framing, finish, and trim carpentry
• Dependable, conscientious, and committed to quality craftsmanship
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Full-Time
• Monday to Thursday: 9-hour shifts
• Friday: 4-hour shift
• 40 hours per week standard

• On-site projects in and around Bristol, TN
• No travel outside local area required
