Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise field crews on custom residential construction and remodeling projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Perform layout for foundations and framing
- Execute high-quality carpentry across all project phases, including:
- Framing carpentry
- Flooring installation
- Exterior trim, siding, decks, and rails
- Interior trim, cabinetry, and staircase installation
- Maintain job site cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Coordinate materials, tools, and scheduling with project team
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality expectations
- Represent the company professionally with clients and subcontractors
- 5+ years of residential carpentry experience, including supervisory or lead roles preferred
- Strong ability to lead a team and communicate effectively on-site
- Proficient in blueprint reading and layout
- Skilled in foundation, framing, finish, and trim carpentry
- Dependable, conscientious, and committed to quality craftsmanship
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Full-Time
- Monday to Thursday: 9-hour shifts
- Friday: 4-hour shift
- 40 hours per week standard
- On-site projects in and around Bristol, TN
- No travel outside local area required
