In this role, you will work under the guidance of skilled carpenters, gaining hands‑on experience in everything from foundation layout to finish carpentry.

• Arrive on time and ready to work at job sites
• Assist Lead Carpenter and other team members as directed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform basic carpentry tasks, including:
• Measuring and cutting materials
• Framing and foundation support
• General construction support tasks
• Follow instructions and safety guidelines precisely
• Demonstrate consistent effort, teamwork, and a willingness to learn
• Help with tool maintenance and material handling

• Experience in home maintenance, carpentry, remodeling, or general handyman work
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Must own basic hand tools for a variety of carpentry tasks
• Positive attitude, good communication skills, and ability to follow directions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn new skills

• Starting pay between $18-$22+ per hour, based on experience

• Full‑Time
• Monday to Thursday: 9‑hour shifts
• Friday: 4‑hour shift
• 40 hours per week standard

• On‑site work based in and around Bristol, TN
• Local projects only – no long‑distance travel required
