We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team at a construction site in Bristol, TN. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a hands‑on industrial environment and is ready to contribute to high‑quality electrical projects.
Compensation- $28.00 to $33.00 per hour
- Standard first shift, Monday through Friday, with additional overtime hours as project needs dictate.
- Analyze blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to plan the precise layout of electrical installations.
- Perform the installation, inspection, and repair of wiring, feeders, conduit, and various electrical hardware.
- Verify the functionality of electrical components by testing for voltage, current, resistance, and continuity.
- Ensure the reliability of power systems by servicing and testing transformers, switch gear, and metering equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve issues within low‑voltage control systems and related electrical infrastructure to keep operations running smoothly.
- Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following OSHA standards and promptly reporting any safety concerns to management.
- Take ownership of the proper care and maintenance of all assigned company tools.
- Conduct final inspections of completed work to ensure all areas are left in a clean and orderly state.
- Collaborate effectively with site supervisors and leadership to ensure project goals are met on time.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience as a Journeyman Electrician, specifically focusing on industrial maintenance and installation tasks.
- Demonstrated expertise in precision conduit bending techniques.
- Proven ability to interpret complex technical drawings, manage power distribution systems, and troubleshoot electrical equipment.
- Capable of accurately generating material lists for upcoming tasks.
- Must be comfortable and confident performing duties at elevated heights.
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain high performance and accuracy while working under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Proficiency in conduit pulling techniques.
- Advanced skill in conduit bending.
