Lead Tri-Cities Premier Barre ExperienceAt Pure Barre Bristol, we’re more than a fitness studio—we’re a community where every pulse, tuck, and lift sparks lasting transformation. We are looking for passionate, motivated instructors to join our team and inspire clients through the power of barre.
Compensation & Schedule- Pay Rate: $25–$35 per class (based on certification level)
- Class Opportunities:
Minimum 3 classes per week - Prime Time Slots:
- Mornings: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Evenings: 4:00pm - 7:00pm
- Weekends
- Certification
Required:
Pure Barre Classic - Training Program: 4 days live training plus 35 days self-paced study
- Lead dynamic, high-energy classes that transform bodies and minds
- Guide clients with expert attention to proper technique and form
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive community that encourages connection and motivation
- Inspire client retention by celebrating milestones and supporting progress
- Prepare the studio and greet clients with positive energy
- Lead morning and evening classes with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Deliver weekend sessions that energize and motivate clients to succeed
- Background in fitness, dance, or movement preferred
- Strong communication skills and passion for barre methodology
- Team player committed to client success and studio culture
