Emergency Roadside Tire Service Technician
Respond to emergency roadside tire service calls for commercial, industrial, and mining customers
Mount, dismount, repair, and replace commercial tires in the field
Operate service trucks and complete roadside service safely and efficiently
Perform after-hours and weekend on-call service as part of the rotation
Complete service documentation and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
Support shop operations when not responding to service calls
Commercial tire experience preferred
On-road service experience strongly preferred
Ability to work independently in fast-paced and changing environments
Valid driver's license required (CDL a plus, not required)
DOT Medical Card
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and rotating on-call schedules
Dependable, safety-focused, and customer-service oriented
Ability to lift heavy tires and work in varying weather conditions
Critical front-line role supporting fleets and customers 24/7
