A well-established and welcoming Nursery School Federation in Bristol is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our committed team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early years professional who is passionate about supporting young children’s learning, development and wellbeing in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

About the Role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Support the learning and holistic development of children within the setting
- Take responsibility for a designated key group of children
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging learning experiences
- Support children’s physical, social, emotional and cultural development
- Work closely with parents, carers and external professionals
- Assist in writing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Deliver targeted learning programmes under guidance
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, welfare and safeguarding
- Provide first aid support where required
- Support students on placement and supervise support staff when necessary You will play a key role in ensuring every child feels safe, valued and supported to reach their full potential.

- Have experience working in an Early Years setting
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework
- Be confident supporting individual and group learning
- Show a commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
- Be organised, proactive and able to work as part of a team
- Promote equality, inclusion and positive partnerships with families
