Room Leader

They are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Room Leader to take the lead in providing high-quality early years education. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a nurturing environment and enjoys supporting both children and colleagues to succeed.

• Leading the Room
  - Managing the daily operations of your room, ensuring a safe and enriching space for children.
• Planning & Development
  - Creating fun, engaging, and educational activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Team Support
  - Mentoring and guiding practitioners, fostering a positive and collaborative team.
• Parent Partnerships
  - Building strong relationships with families and keeping them informed about their child's progress.
• Safeguarding & Wellbeing
  - Ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance with nursery policies.
• Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)- essential.
• Previous experience working in an early years setting, ideally in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
