As a Nursery Practitioner, your duties will include:

• Providing high-quality childcare and early education for babies, toddlers and preschool children.
• Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Planning and delivering creative, stimulating and age-appropriate activities.
• Encouraging children’s communication, confidence and independence through play.
• Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Observing and recording children’s progress and development.
• Building positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.
• Following safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies.
• Working collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain high standards of childcare.
