Front Office Host (Nights)Main Duties:
- Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role
- Promote a welcoming environment
- Complete end‑of‑day activities including posting charges to accounts, running night audit backup, and roll the date reports.
- Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit cards.
- Sell a room/accommodation to guest without reservations based on availability
- Operate telephone switchboard station, process requests for wake up calls, and advise guests of any messages.
- Assist guests with queries, e.g., places of local interest, local travel, facilities, theatres, restaurants, etc.
You do not have to have any specific qualifications in order to apply, but it is desirable if you have experience within hospitality. We look for enthusiasm, ability to adapt, well presented, excellent customer service skills and flexibility to work all shift patterns.
