We are looking for an experienced Front of House Team Leader who can lead, motivate and encourage the wider team to deliver an amazing guest experience at Victoria Park.

• Work alongside the management team to bring our shared vision to life.
• Help maintain smooth operations and consistency.
• Foster a warm and welcoming environment where guests feel comfortable and valued.

Nestled in the heart of Bedminster, The Victoria Park pub is only a short distance away from our namesake, the beautiful Victoria Park, which opened to the public in 1891.

Whether our guests are looking for a spot of refreshment after a walk in the park, a pit-stop for lunch out on our split-level terrace or an indulgent dinner to celebrate a special occasion, we re just the place. Our extensive food menu spans traditional dishes from delicious Sunday roasts to rich desserts, and with our wide range of local cask and craft ales, wines, spirits and artisan cocktails, we have all the favourite tipples waiting to enjoy.
