Lead Host/Lead Receptionist - Bristol (J228)
£28k + p.a
Our client, an award-winning flexible working space, has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Host/ Lead Receptionist to join their team!
The role:
- Delivering a consistently excellent front-of-house experience
- Sign up new members, manage meeting rooms and stock levels
- Daily checks, ensuring the workspace is safe, functional, and welcoming
- Support workspace tours and viewings
- Support events and socials that bring the community together
- Training of new employees
- Support manager with reporting and administration
Key skills/experience:
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-of-house
- Previous team leader, supervisory experience
- Strong organisational and IT skills
- A proactive mindset
- Excellent time keeping and attention to detail
