As our next Full Time Multi Skilled Team Member
, you…

Are extending a warm welcome to our guests, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.

  • Be responsible for the reception desk and processing check in/out.
  • Provide a friendly and personalised welcome for our guests
  • Convey the image of the brand and the hotel
  • You will have the ability to multi-task and have a proactive personality in this busy hands on role
  • Provide guests with a single point of contact throughout their stay
  • Be ready to assist at any stage of the guests stay, from welcome to farewell
  • Handle and resolve any guest feedback and is able to handle them in the most efficient and satisfying manner
  • Promoting company’s ALL loyalty programme
  • Prepare all the documents required for the day
  • Bar and Restaurant service by taking orders, serving food, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Offer an attentive and personalised service
  • Prepare and clear tables, refill beverages, and ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Assist in setting up, breaking down, and maintaining dining areas for events.
  • Flexibly assist in both reception and F&B tasks based on hotel occupancy and needs.
  • Cooking and supporting buffet setups and ensure the area is replenished as necessary.

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to handle various tasks and adapt to changing priorities
  • Previous experience in a multi-faceted role preferred
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Additional certifications in relevant areas are beneficial
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
