Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Casual Bell Attendant to join our Guest Services team.

The role

As a Bell Attendant, you will be a visible and important part of the guest journey, supporting arrivals and departures while ensuring every interaction is warm, professional, and personalised.

You will assist guests with their luggage, provide guidance and information, and act as a helpful and approachable presence throughout the hotel. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys guest interaction, takes pride in presentation, and is passionate about service.

What you will do Welcome guests on arrival and assist with luggage and escorting as required

Support guest departures and ensure a smooth and efficient experience

Deliver items to guestrooms and collect items as needed

Respond to guest requests and enquiries with professionalism and care Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions

Support the Front Office and Concierge teams to ensure seamless service

What we are looking for Previous experience in a guest facing role within hospitality is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skillsA professional and polished approach with high standards of presentationA proactive and helpful attitude

Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment

Flexibility to work shifts on a casual basis
