Salary: £12.71 per hour (OTE £13.91 per hour including tronc)

Hours: 35 hours per week, over 5 days

We are currently looking for a customer focused Receptionist to join our front of house team. The front desk at THE PIG is essentially the hub of the hotel, being the first and last face our restaurant and hotel guests see. First impressions are everything and we want our guests to have the best first impression possible.

As Receptionist you will be a first point of contact for our hotel guests. You will:

• Answer incoming calls, respond to emails and maintain constant communication channels with all departments in the hotel.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guests smile every day.
• Meet high standards of service and pay great attention to detail.

• Experience with in a similar role and knowledge of Opera Fidelio is beneficial but not essential; full training will be provided.
