This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and ambitious business, in a Cabling Engineer role working on bespoke fibre infrastructure projects. The business, a provider of a range of data and internet services, are expanding from offering bespoke connectivity solutions, into working on fibre networks, completing installations for commercial customers. There is a great opportunity to upskill, take on more responsibility, and progress through the business into either a technical expert or leadership role.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to learn & progress, have extensive experience with cabling both underground and overhead, hold relevant tickets, and live within a commutable distance from Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but growing company in a new technically challenging role, with good earning potential, further training, and progression opportunities for the right candidate.

The Role:

* Work on internal and external copper and fibre cabling installations
* Create and manage site-specific risk assessments and method statements
* Field based working around Bristol and surrounding areas up to 1 hour
* Training opportunities
* Van and tools provided

The Person :
* Experience with fibre cabling installs/ projects
* Experience with working in varied environments - offices, manufacturing plants, construction sites, and data centres
* Manual Driving licence
* Based within an hour of Bristol
