Static Maintenance Engineer

Overview

TXM Recruit is recruiting a Maintenance Electrician for one of the UK’s largest FM companies supporting a furniture contract in Bristol.

Key details:

• Salary: £40,290.00
• Working hours:
  
  40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (including bank holidays)
• Shift pattern: 5 days on, 2 days off – rotating shift
• On‑call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
• Overtime: 1.5x after 40 hours

As a static M&E Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services across your allocated site. Tasks include:

• PPM and building services maintenance – lighting and power upgrades, circuit board repairs, emergency light testing, and other planned maintenance.
• Support general plumbing and fabric work when required, including minor repairs.

• Smartphone and PDA supplied.
• 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
