Commercial Gas Engineer Opportunity

We need an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team. The successful applicant will be required to work Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (with overtime optional). Travel time will also be included with the role. The applicant will also be expected to work as part of the on-call rota (1 in
6) to carry out PPM and repairs to an industry standard.

• To carry out routine PPM, servicing, breakdown, and some install work.
• Reporting back to management of work completed with evidence on our PDA-based system.
• To work well within a team or individually.
• To risk assess work/working environments before starting any work to avoid injuries, and undertake all work by Health & Safety and The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations (GSIUR) 1998.
• To identify materials and parts required to carry out repairs to the set company standard.
• To keep your allocated company vehicle clean and tidy at all times, always wear the correct uniform, and dispose of any waste to company/HSE regulations.

• Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1 or CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A or TPCP1).
• Full UK Driving Licence (clean licence desired).
• Must have proven customer service experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience.
• Ability to work on a call-out rota - 1 in 6.
• Must provide proof of qualifications at the interview stage.

• Company van (small or medium) with Fuel card and private use.
• Salary up to £58K with OTE earnings of £85K.
• Part of an on-call rota and seasonal overtime.
