This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and hands‑on Field Technician to join a supportive and professional team in a permanent, hybrid role offering stability, overtime, and career progression.

As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for attending customer sites to diagnose, manufacture, and replace hydraulic hoses and fittings. This is a field‑based role combined with workshop support, offering variety and autonomy.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, responsive service to customers across multiple sectors.

• Attend breakdowns and planned service calls
• Diagnose hydraulic hose faults and carry out efficient repairs
• Assemble and fit hydraulic hoses to required specifications
• Work independently at customer sites
• Maintain accurate service records
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Participate in an on‑call rota

• Previous experience as a Hose Technician, Fitter, or within a hydraulic/mechanical environment
• Background in pipe fitting, plant fitting, mechanical fitting, or hydraulics preferred
• Strong fault‑finding ability
• Comfortable working independently in field‑based environments
• Full UK driving licence
• Flexible and willing to support on‑call requirements
• Strong work ethic and customer‑focused approach
