HVAC Engineer
Door-to-Door Pay | 1 in 4 Rota | Retail & Commercial Portfolio
We are recruiting an experienced HVAC Engineer to join a specialist engineering team delivering maintenance across retail and commercial key accounts.
The Role- Reactive and planned HVAC maintenance
- Fault finding and diagnostics on plant and equipment
- Working on AHUs, fan coils, pumps, commercial boilers and roof package units
- Control wiring and associated inline equipment
- Proactive leak checks and refrigerant management
- Updating service reports and client systems accurately
- Maintaining van stock to improve first-time fix
- Supporting PPM and corrective works
- 45 hours per week (averaged over 17 weeks)
- Flexible start and finish times
- 1 in 4 out-of-hours rota
- Overtime paid at 1.5x
- Door-to-door pay
