Fabric Technician – Mobile (Bristol) £36,000–£38,000 + Van & Fuel Card Call-Out: 1 in 12 (£15 per hour)

Our client, a respected facilities management provider, is seeking an experienced Fabric Technician to join their mobile maintenance team covering Bristol and the surrounding area. This is a stable, long‑term opportunity offering a competitive salary and a supportive working environment.

The Role

You will carry out a range of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across commercial sites. Typical duties include:

* General fabric repairs

* Basic plumbing or carpentry tasks

* Minor building and property maintenance

* Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

This is a mobile role, and a company van and fuel card are provided.

Candidate Requirements

We welcome applicants from both commercial and domestic maintenance backgrounds. To be considered, you must hold one of the following:

* City & Guilds qualification in plumbing or carpentry

* NVQ in plumbing or carpentry

You should be confident working independently, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and customer service.
