Position
Chiller Engineer
LocationBristol area, commutable to Bristol
Salary£45,000 to £50,000 per annum, based on experience
Job SummaryAs a Chiller Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer you will service and maintain a variety of systems including VRV, VRF, splits, water chillers and air‑cooled chillers across diverse sites such as data centres, healthcare and educational facilities.
Responsibilities- Carry out servicing and repair work on air conditioning units
- Service water chiller units
- Perform routine maintenance on air‑cooled chillers
- Travel to various sites, including data centres, healthcare and educational sites
- Reside within commutable distance to Bristol
- F‑Gas Category 1 certification (minimum)
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in air conditioning and refrigeration
- Valid full driving licence
- Experience in servicing and repairing air conditioning and water chillers
- Basic salary £45,000 to £50,000
- Company vehicle (optional personal use of van)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- 40 hour working week (plus travel paid after 30 minutes each way)
- Overtime paid at 1.5 & 2x rates
- On‑call rota: 1 in 10 weeks
