Handyman / Multi-Trade Operative

Pay Rate: £21.00 per hour

Hours:

07:30 - 16:30 (Monday - Friday)

Contract:

Temporary (Ongoing)

• Carrying out various snagging and finishing duties on new-build properties.
• Basic carpentry, mastic touching up, plaster patching, and painting.
• Ensuring plots are presented to a high standard before handover.
• Assisting the site management team with ad-hoc maintenance and safety tasks.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment.

• Valid CSCS Card (Essential).
• Own reliable tools and PPE
  .
• Proven experience working as a Handyman/Multi-Trader on housing sites.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Two relevant work references.
