I would love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as Maintenance Operative, Multi Skilled Operative, or Tradesman who are versatile skilled professional who carry out diverse repairs, maintenance within void properties. As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:
Carry out multi-trade repairs and maintenance in void properties Complete the repairs across trades such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, tiling, and flooring Complete full property refurbishments where required within void timescales Complete accurate PDA updates, timesheets and work reports  to speak to Multi Trade Operative who has:
Relevant Qualifications or over 5 years experience in the trade Skilled in 2 or more trade Own van and tools Experience working in void properties Able to work In the Swindon and surrounding area Clean DBS check This Multi Trade Operative role is offering the following benefits:
