Salary & Benefits

Standard Fitter: £18.75 - £19.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Experienced Crusher Fitter:
Up to £25.00 per hour
Overtime paid at Time and a Half

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 6:00pm
Every other Saturday: 7:30am - 1:00pm

The Role

Carry out maintenance, servicing and repairs on a wide range of crushing and screening equipment.
Diagnose faults and undertake effective repairs using technical expertise and diagnostic tools.
Minimise machine downtime and maximise equipment performance.
Complete service reports and maintenance documentation accurately.
Liaise with management regarding parts requirements and job progress.
Ensure all work is completed safely and within company and manufacturer guidelines.

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance, Heavy Vehicle Maintenance, Agricultural Engineering, or similar.
Previous experience working on crushing and screening equipment.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Own toolkit preferred.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
