Mobile Mechanic – OTE £60,000
Resolve Recruitment Services are recruiting for an experienced Mobile Mechanic to join a growing and dynamic team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled mechanic who enjoys working across multiple locations, offering variety, independence, and the opportunity to significantly boost earnings through on-call and call-out bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
 
* Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs across multiple sites
 
* Diagnose and repair mechanical faults
 
* Specialise in cam belts, clutches, and general mechanical work
 
* Deliver high standards of workmanship and customer service
Requirements
 
* NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (essential)
 
* Minimum 6 years' experience (desirable)
 
* Full UK driving licence
 
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
 
* Ability to work independently
Salary & Benefits
 
* OTE £60,000 per annum
 * £70 per week on-call allowance
 * £50–£70 bonus for every completed call-out job
 
* Overtime paid at time and a half
 
* Salary reviewed every 12 months
 
* Monthly pay (around the 1st of each month)
 
* Company van provided (work use only)
 
* Discounts on MOTs and vehicle parts
Working Hours
 
* Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
 
* 40 hours per week
 
* 30-minute unpaid lunch break
 
* On-call rota: 1 week in every 3
 
* Bank holidays worked on a rota basis (day in lieu provided)
Additional Information
 
* 20 days' holiday plus 8 bank holidays (April–March)
 
* Company pension scheme (NEST)
 
* Quarterly performance reviews with a full annual appraisal
 
* Notice period: 1 week during probation, 1 month thereafter
 
* Role involves working across various employer and client locations
