Are you a rig operative with experience in piling equipment looking for a permanent role within a specialist ground solutions company offering extensive overtime, a local Southwest patch and progression into Managerial roles?

This is an opportunity to join an established piling and groundworks expert that has seen continuous growth through building long lasting relationships with big names such as Willmott Dixon, Vistry Group and Morgan Sindall. This is a great opportunity to join a specialist permanently and grow with the business.

In this role you will be responsible for operating rigs to drive columns into the ground during construction projects ensuring the equipment is well maintained and materials moved are managed. You will be responsible for operating 50 tonne piling rigs, including drop hammer rigs, bore drilling rigs and sheet piling rigs. You will also be managing a small team below you offering advice when needed

This Role would suit a Machine operative with their piling rig tickets looking to join a specialist company offering a permanent local role where you can really grow and develop within the business.

The Role:

Operating 50 tonne piling equipment
Site visits mainly in the Southwest but could be nationwide
Stayaways and travel paid for when necessary
Monday - Friday 10 hour days with 1.5x overtime
