Are you an Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a stable role with strong earning potential and a varied portfolio of commercial sites?

We're recruiting for an experienced AC Engineer to join a growing FM provider covering contracts across London and surrounding areas.

• PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems
• Working on splits, VRV/VRF systems, AHUs and ventilation
• Fault finding, repairs and remedial works
• Attending breakdowns and emergency call-outs
• Completing job reports and compliance paperwork
• Working across commercial sites including offices, retail and healthcare

• Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
• On-call rota (occasional)
• Overtime available

• F-Gas certification
• Experience with in commercial maintenance / FM
• Strong fault-finding ability
• Full UK driving licence

• VRV/VRF experience
• IPAF / PASMA
• Electrical knowledge

• Salary up to £45,000
