IKEA Bristol are looking to welcome Night shift Forklift Operator's to join our hard‑working fulfilment team.

• Start date of employment will be between 17th‑20th August 2026.
• Competitive hourly rate of £13.45, night‑shift allowance £2.25 per hour applies for hours worked between 10:00pm – 6:00am.
• After successful completion of forklift training, £1.50 per hour will apply.
• 39 hours per week over 5 nights with start times between 00:00 – 02:00, including alternate weekends.
• Shift patterns start from midnight and finish at 10:00am.

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial; motivation to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to prioritise and organise workload swiftly and with attention to detail.
• Proven experience in utilising technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Prepared to initiate tasks on your own and participate actively in group efforts.
• Compliance with health and safety guidelines; applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

• Operate forklift to move heavy stock, receive incoming goods, and transport materials to designated locations while maintaining precise and up‑to‑date records.
• Work with or around heavy machinery such as forklift trucks, counter‑balance, and pump trucks to safely and efficiently transport goods.
• Keep area clear following good housekeeping practices, safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure environment.
• Manually handle all products ranging from LACK coffee tables to PAX wardrobes.
