We are currently recruiting experienced 2-man cable recovery gangs to support ongoing heavy cable recovery works across South Wales and Bristol
, operating within a 50-mile radius of Cardiff
.

This is an excellent opportunity for hardworking, productive teams looking for consistent work and strong earning potential.

You will be responsible for the safe recovery and removal of heavy cable infrastructure across a variety of sites. The work will involve:

• Heavy cable recovery and removal
• Working safely in line with site and client requirements
• Completing daily work records and tonnage reporting
• Maintaining productivity and quality standards
• Travelling to sites within a 50-mile radius of Cardiff

• Rate: £600 per tonne recovered
• Target: 4 tonnes per week
• Current gangs are averaging 3.6 tonnes per week
• Excellent earning potential for high-performing teams

• Established 2-man gang
• Previous cable recovery, civils, utilities or telecoms experience preferred
• Full UK driving licence at least 2 years no bans within 2 years
• Strong health & safety awareness
• Reliable, hardworking and self-motivated
• Ability to work efficiently to achieve tonnage targets

• South Wales & Bristol region
• Sites located within a 50-mile radius of Cardiff
