. No experience in white goods repair necessary, but we are looking for candidates with previous hands‑on mechanical or electrical experience and using tools. As a Trainee White Goods Engineer – Field Based
, your role will involve:

• Learning to repair and maintain household appliances including washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and electric cookers
• Visiting customers’ homes to diagnose issues and carry out repairs safely and efficiently
• Building on your mechanical/electrical experience to troubleshoot and solve problems on‑site
• Recording and managing job details using our in-house engineer software
• Following guidance from your mentor while building your skills and confidence
• Providing excellent customer service
  , explaining repairs clearly and professionally
• Continuously developing your technical skills through structured training and on‑the‑job experience

• Salary: £31,500 to £32,000 (depending on experience)(Inclusive of £5,000 per annum high cost living allowance for candidates living within the BS postcode area) – Salary reviewed once signed off training
