Lead Field Service Engineer
£45,000-£48,500 + Overtime (1.5x) + Company Van + Door-to-Door Pay
Salary, Benefits & Hours- £45,000-£48,500 per annum, depending on experience
- Overtime paid at 1.5x rate and door-to-door travel paid

- Provide technical support to field engineers, assisting with complex fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Install, commission, service and repair recycling and waste machinery at customer sites
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, hydraulic and mechanical faults efficiently and safely
- Carry out welding and fabrication repairs where required
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, technical documentation and engineering best practices
- Minimum five years' experience working on recycling, waste or similar industrial machinery
- Strong electrical, hydraulic and mechanical fault-finding capabilities
- Welding experience is essential, with a practical hands-on approach
- Previous experience supporting, mentoring or coaching engineers is advantageous
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
- Fabrication experience
- Forklift Truck Licence
- Experience with balers, compactors or related equipment
- Development of engineering procedures or technical documentation
- Continuous improvement or process development experience
