Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter

We are proud to be partnering with a large social housing provider, who are looking to appoint a Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter on a permanent basis.

This will be a full-time position based in Bristol, with a van, fuel card and coffee card all provided as part of the role.

The successful candidate will take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship while providing an excellent customer experience.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Installing and refurbishing kitchens and bathrooms within occupied and void properties
• Carrying out multi-trade repairs including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, flooring and decorating
• Delivering planned maintenance works to a high standard and within agreed timescales
• Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and company procedures
• Liaising with residents and providing excellent customer service throughout projects
• Diagnosing repairs and identifying the most effective solutions
• Maintaining company vehicles, tools and equipment in a safe and serviceable condition
• Ordering and managing materials to ensure efficient completion of works

Experience required:

• Experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms within domestic or social housing properties
