Full Time Lynx Employment Services are recruiting reliable General Operatives to support a major bridge maintenance project based in Aust, Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile infrastructure project, working as part of a skilled team responsible for maintaining one of the UK's most important bridge networks.  

The Role As a General Operative, you will provide essential support to the bridge maintenance teams, assisting with a variety of operational tasks to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.  

Key Responsibilities Assist skilled trades including painters, riggers and grinders. Load, unload and move materials, tools and equipment. Maintain clean, safe and organised work areas. Support bridge maintenance and repair activities. Follow instructions from supervisors and site management. Adhere to all health, safety and environmental procedures. Carry out general labouring duties as required. Work effectively as part of a professional maintenance team.  

Essential Requirements Valid CSCS Card . National Highways Passport . Previous experience working on construction, highways, infrastructure or industrial sites. Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties. Ability to travel to Aust, Bristol (within approximately 1.5 hours). A positive attitude with a strong commitment to safe working practices.  What's on Offer Competitive PAYE hourly rate plus holiday pay.
