Competitive  Overtime  Excellent Benefits We're recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a leading facilities management company, working across a prestigious commercial site in Burnley. This is a fantastic opportunity for an electrically or mechanically biased engineer looking to move into a stable, Monday to Friday role with no regular shift work, excellent benefits, and genuine opportunities for career progression.

The Role As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and fault finding across a range of building services and plant equipment. You'll help ensure the site remains fully operational while delivering a high standard of service. Key Responsibilities Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance Electrical and mechanical fault finding Maintaining HVAC, lighting, pumps, motors, and general building services Completing maintenance records using a CAFM system Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations Liaising with the client and subcontractors when required Requirements Experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management Electrical or mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent) Multi-skilled maintenance experience Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Good communication and customer service skills If you're a Multi-Skilled Engineer looking for a Monday to Friday role with a respected employer, excellent benefits, and long-term career prospects, we'd love to hear from you.
