We are hiring an experienced Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to join our busy workshop team. • Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year basic (Tailored directly to your hands-on experience and technical skill level).

As a vital Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic in our modern workshop, you will:

• Carry out vehicle diagnostics
  , routine servicing, safety inspections, and mechanical repairs across a wide variety of makes and models.
• Utilize modern diagnostic tools and scanners to systematically identify and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
• Conduct MOT inspections (if qualified) in strict accordance with DVSA guidelines.
• Work independently with minimal supervision
  , maintaining accurate service records and meeting key workshop deadlines.
• Maintain clean, safety-first workshop practices while collaborating smoothly with our skilled technical team.

• Qualifications &
  
  Experience:
  
  NVQ / IMI Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) preferred, with a minimum of 1 year hands-on experience in vehicle diagnosis and repair.
  Time-served technical experience is also considered. F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).
• Licensing: Full UK driving licence is required.
  An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not required.
• Equipment: Must possess your own hand tools to manage daily repair and diagnostic tasks effectively.
• Key Strengths: Strong fault-finding ability, self-motivated, reliable, organized, and committed to high-quality workmanship.

Based in Fishponds (Bristol, BS5), our facility offers a quick and straightforward daily commute for candidates travelling from Kingswood, Downend, Yate, Filton, Longwell Green, Keynsham, Bath, and surrounding Bristol and Gloucestershire areas.
