Commercial Electrician

Trade Field are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Electrician to join a commercial client working across Bristol and the South West.

This is an excellent long-term opportunity, with a two-year programme of work already secured.

The Role

The primary work will involve the installation of 16-amp commando sockets across commercial sites throughout Bristol and the wider South West.

The majority of projects will be located within approximately two hours of Bristol, although there will occasionally be a requirement to work further afield and stay away overnight.

When working away, accommodation, food and fuel expenses will be fully covered.

Typical duties will include:

* Installation of 16-amp commando sockets

* Containment installation

* Commercial electrical installation works

* Electrical testing knowledge

* Working across retail, distribution and other commercial environments

* Travelling between client sites across Bristol and the South West

* Working independently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship

Requirements

To be considered, you must:

* Have 6+ years' experience working as an electrician

* Have strong commercial electrical experience

* Have good knowledge and experience of electrical testing

* Ideally have previous experience working within retail, warehouses or distribution centres

* Hold a full UK driving licence

* Be comfortable travelling throughout the South West and occasionally staying away

* Be reliable, professional and comfortable working on an ongoing programme of commercial projects

Please note:

Due to the insurance requirements for the client's fleet vehicles, electricians who will drive those vehicles must be aged 30 or over.
