Cable Jointer Supervisor Are you a highly skilled Jointer whos ready to step out of the trench and into a leadership seat? Or perhaps youre an experienced Supervisor looking for a firm that actually rewards your expertise with more than just a "pat on the back"? We are looking for a Cable Jointer Supervisor to lead our field teams across the South East.
Youll be the technical backbone of our operations, ensuring that everything from LV to 11kV (and potentially 33kV) works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
The Role:
You won't just be pushing paper; youll be the bridge between the client and the boots on the ground. Your day-to-day will involve:
Team Leadership:
Managing and mentoring multi-manned jointing teams to ensure peak performance. Site Oversight:
Conducting site audits, safety briefings, and ensuring all works comply with DNO standards. Technical Support:
Acting as the "go-to" for complex jointing issuesif the team hits a snag, youre the one with the solution. Liaison:
Working closely with Project Managers to track progress and navigate any on-site hurdles.

Proven Experience:
A strong background in LV/HV Cable Jointing (DNO authorizations are a massive plus).
Qualifications:
SSSTS or SMSTS Geography:
