Electrician - Social Housing

The role

Our client, a local housing association are looking for a qualified Electrician to join their successful Electrical Team and help to maintain and improve homes across North Somerset and Bristol.

What you'll be doing

Working within a designated geographical area, you'll carry out a wide range of electrical works across our homes and properties, including:

Rewiring and electrical repairs.
Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
Testing and inspection.
Electrical installation works.
Working on both 230V and 415V systems.
Diagnosing faults and delivering effective electrical solutions.
Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Providing professional and courteous customer service in customers' homes.

What we're looking for

You'll be a qualified Electrician who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

You'll have:

A recognised electrical qualification.
Current knowledge and understanding of BS 7671 Wiring Regulations.
City & Guilds 2391 Test and Inspection qualification.
A full UK driving licence.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
A commitment to safe working practices and high standards of workmanship.
A customer-focused approach and the ability to communicate professionally with customers.
