Your new company Hays Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Painter to join a busy Housing Executive maintenance contract across the Belfast area. This is a full-time position carrying out planned and responsive maintenance works within social housing properties and communal successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating work to ensure properties are maintained to an excellent new role What you'll need to succeed

Key Responsibilities Painting and decorating internal and external surfaces. Preparation of surfaces including sanding, filling, scraping, and priming. Painting masonry walls and external render finishes. Painting window cills, fascia boards, soffits, and fencing. Carrying out touch-up and remedial painting works. Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed time frames. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Adhering to Health & Safety procedures and site regulations.

Essential Requirements ? Previous experience in a painting and decorating role. ? Valid CSR Card. ? Full UK Driving Licence. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Desirable Criteria Experience working within social housing or property maintenance environments. Relevant Painting & Decorating qualification. Experience carrying out occupied and void property works.
