As a vital Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic in our modern workshop, you will:

• Carry out vehicle diagnostics
  , routine servicing, safety inspections, and mechanical repairs across a wide variety of makes and models.
• Utilize modern diagnostic tools and scanners to systematically identify and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
• Conduct MOT inspections (if qualified) in strict accordance with DVSA guidelines.
• Work independently with minimal supervision
  , maintaining accurate digital service records and meeting key workshop deadlines.
• Maintain clean, safety-first workshop practices while collaborating smoothly with our skilled technical team.

• Qualifications &
  
  Experience:
  
  NVQ / IMI Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or City & Guilds / time-served equivalent) with a minimum of 1 year hands‑on experience in vehicle diagnosis and repair. F‑Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).
• Licensing: Full UK driving licence is required.
  An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not required.
• Equipment & Mindset: Must possess your own hand tools to manage daily repair and diagnostic tasks effectively. Strong fault‑finding ability, self‑motivated, reliable, organized, and committed to high‑quality workmanship.

Based in Fishponds (Bristol, BS5), our facility offers a quick and straightforward daily commute for candidates travelling from Kingswood, Downend, Yate, Filton, Longwell Green, Keynsham, Bath, and surrounding Bristol and Gloucestershire areas.
