The RAC is recruiting a Lead Technician to manage a team of around 25 Mobile Mechanics in the Kent area. You will provide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance while remaining active on repairs when needed.
The role offers a 40-hour week with one in four Saturdays and a rest day, plus a competitive package. You will drive service quality, safety, and compliance and help develop a high performing team across the region.
