Plumber – Plumbing, Maintenance & Refurbishment
Location:
NW11, London
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a 1-hour break Payment: CIS initially, with the possibility of moving to PAYE at a later stage.
Job Description We are looking for an experienced and reliable Plumber to join our building and refurbishment team in NW11, London. The successful Plumber will carry out plumbing installations, repairs and maintenance across residential properties and refurbishment projects. The role is primarily plumbing, but when plumbing work is unavailable, the successful candidate must be happy to assist with general Handyman / Refurbishment duties.
This position is ideal for a skilled Plumber with experience in Plumbing & Maintenance, who can also support general building repairs and Handyman / Refurbishment work.
Key Responsibilities
· Carry out plumbing installations, repairs and Plumbing & Maintenance tasks.
· Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues professionally.
· Complete routine Plumbing & Maintenance work across residential properties.
· Assist with Handyman / Refurbishment duties when plumbing jobs are unavailable.
· Carry out general repairs and support Handyman / Refurbishment projects.
· Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and professionalism.
· Travel between job sites across NW11 and surrounding areas. Requirements
· Proven experience as a Plumber.
· Strong practical knowledge of Plumbing & Maintenance.
· Experience in general Handyman / Refurbishment work is desirable.
· Own plumbing tools are essential.
· Full, valid UK driving licence is essential.
· Valid CSCS Card is essential.
· Own van preferred, but not essential.
· Willingness to assist with Handyman / Refurbishment duties when required.
· Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
