Scaffolder Charge Hand Required!

Recruit Easy are looking for an experienced Scaffolder Charge Hand to work for our client based in Bristol , Bristol.

Duration: Ongoing

Start Date: 19-10-2026

Pay Rate: Up To £250.00 Per Day - paid weekly!

Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets.

We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay!

• Overseeing and coordinating scaffolders on site
• Working alongside other Charge Hands to manage daily workloads
• Ensuring scaffolding is erected, altered and dismantled safely
• Allocating tasks and ensuring work is completed to programme
• Monitoring health & safety standards on site
• Carrying out site briefings and toolbox talks where required
• Ensuring the team follows site procedures and working methods
• Liaising with site management and other trades
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship throughout the project
• Leading by example and supporting the scaffolding team when required

• Advanced Scaffolder Certificate – Essential
• SMSTS or SSSTS – Essential
• Valid CISRS card
• Full UK driving licence
• Previous Charge Hand / supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent understanding of scaffolding health & safety
• Reliable and able to work well within a large team
