Keen and ambitious Admin Coordinator required to join a leading Tier 1 Contractor based in the South West. With an impressive pipeline of future works across throughout the region. This Admin Coordinator will be joining a pre-existing and longstanding successful regional team who covers the length of the south west. You will be responsible for managing the compliance throughout the team.

This Admin Coordinator role will involve regular liaison with the wider business, providing support to site teams from tender stage through until after care. Informing and keeping up to date with legislation changes and industry best practice and informing of any developments, ensuring correct changes and support is provided.

As Admin Coordinator you will lead the administration and systems for the team, ensuring company procedure and best practice is followed in an organised and efficient manner.

This Admin Coordinator role is with one of the biggest construction contractors in the UK, with an impressive turnover, pipeline of works and a contractor paving the way in the UK. Projects traditionally range in size from the smaller £2m up to £200m in value. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Administrator looking to work regional.

Key attributes will include excellent communication skills both written and verbal, experience within the construction industry is preferable. High standards, attention to detail and determination will be very well rewarded with excellent salary, benefits, promotional and development prospects.
