About the role of Framework Bid Writer
Our client is one of the leading privately owned contractors in the South Coast. Complete with an extremely successful turnover and portfolio of repeat business and a strong position on multiple frameworks throughout the education, healthcare & residential sector. As Framework Bid Writer you will be joining a longstanding and well‑versed team, responsible for maintaining the relationship with key framework clients and building opportunities with potential business.
Ensuring all submissions are branded in line with the business, reflective of the brand’s identity, quality of works produced and their commitments.
- Manage and develop existing and new relationships with key frameworks, representing the business, brand and the capabilities. Focusing on long term relationships with a forward‑thinking approach.
- Write and create bids, PQQs, ITTs and tenders in line with the business’s commitments, in a high quality and compelling nature.
- Regularly monitor accessible data to support bids including KPIs and Social Value reports and industry trends to ensure information is accurate.
- Previous experience in a Bid Writer role is essential, with a background in a similar contractor or main contractor.
- A strategic mindset and approach with a strong ability to manage relationships and work collaboratively.
- Exceptional ability to articulate both written and verbally alongside a creative nature and lateral thinking methodology.
- This role will serve as a group function overseeing regional offices amongst the south; therefore a flexible approach is required.
