This is an excellent opportunity to work as an Account Manager for an award-winning and successful recruitment team. Our client is a leading privately owned recruitment company with a huge turnover, providing temporary staff to many well-known names in food and fresh produce, warehousing and distribution, FMCG, retail, airside, and the home entertainment industry.
This is a busy contract, and you will resource and recruit the temporary workforce for a large food distribution facility, providing warehousing and driving. You will build and maintain a strong client relationship to ensure you fully understand the client's needs and have a suitable and quality workforce to meet their demands over various shift patterns.
Responsibilities- Responsible for 250 agency workers and 4 direct reports
- Development and mentoring of reports
- Overall responsibility for day-to-day running of the site
- Recruitment and induction of all workers
- Accurate payroll management
- MI reporting
- Investigations, disciplinary hearings, and appeals
- Client engagement through daily and monthly meetings
Educated to A-Level standard
