• Documentation & Guidance:
  Ensure that Configuration Management processes from both SZC EI TD and NSA are fit for use, self‑assess and update according to SA outcomes.
• Ensure Configuration management processes are consistent with Replication Processes, liaising with relevant team members.
• Provide advice to engineers on configuration‑related topics.
• Process implementation:
  Contribute to the implementation of the existing configuration management process in alignment with the overall SZC configuration strategy.
• Develop and maintain training packs and roll out training sessions.
• Tool Development & Monitoring:
  Support definition, implementation, and development of tools to monitor configuration management KPIs (for OPs/DCs).
• KPI Reporting:
  Produce KPIs regularly to inform project stakeholders; compile global configuration KPIs and present to governance meetings; assess KPIs and manage follow‑up interactions with stakeholders to ensure objectives are met.
• Committee Coordination (NCC/TDF):
  Act as secretary for the client’s No Change Committee (NCC) and Technical Direction Forum (TDF). Responsibilities include preparing committee materials; facilitating stakeholder interactions; ensuring the “replication” option is considered; performing readiness checks; validating agendas with SZC Co‑Employer one week before meetings; writing and distributing meeting minutes within one week; managing and recording actions and progress; performing equivalent tasks for pre‑NCC and TDF meetings.

• Configuration engineers from entities performing the process.
• The employer EI TD accountable for approval of procedures that apply to the SZC project.
• SZC Information Management lead: key stakeholder in configuration management through responsibility for information (Data) within SZC.
• The employer who chairs the NCC/TDF committee.
• The employer Programmes, DA, TCO… who present topics in committees.
• The NSA Consortium engineering entities that support topics in committees.

• Minimum 5 years experience in the nuclear industry with a very good understanding of UK EPR technology.
• Knowledge of Technical Integration, especially Configuration Management and associated processes and tools.
• Ability to handle multiple interfaces and coordinate stakeholder activities within multiple entities.
• Organisational skills, capability to meet commitments and deadlines.
• Leadership, pro‑activeness.
• Communication & interpersonal skills.
