Nursery Room Leader (Level
3) Salary:
Up to £28,400 Full-time, 40 hours per week

They are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Room Leader to take the lead in providing high-quality early years education.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a nurturing environment and enjoys supporting both children and colleagues to succeed.
What We’re Looking ForLevel 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience working in an early years setting, ideally in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
A nurturing, enthusiastic, and organised approach to supporting young learners.
